Warwickshire will be looking to retain their Second XI T20 title in the sylvan surroundings of Wormsley next Tuesday - buoyed by the passionate backing of ‘The Ultras’ down in leafy Buckinghamshire.
Having lifted the trophy a year ago with a tense, three-wicket win over Durham in the final, the Bears have defended their crown impressively, finishing top of the Central group.
Now they will enter Finals Day along with the other group-winners Nottinghamshire and Sussex and best runners-up, Northamptonshire. The Bears will face Northants in the first semi-final at 10.30am on a mission to book themselves a place in the final which will begin at 5pm.
