Warwickshire all-rounder George Garton aims to follow up his dazzling century against Nottinghamshire with plenty more runs this season.
The 29-year-old, recovering from a back injury, admits that he is unlikely to bowl this season, but he is keen to make further contributions with the bat.
“I've always classed myself as an all-rounder,” he said. “I burst onto the scene as a fast-bowling left-arm seamer but my batting's always been there. It was Michael Yardy at Sussex who saw something and told me to work harder on my batting.
