Jake Lintott is eager to play his part in helping Warwickshire reach the knockout rounds of the Metro Bank One Day Cup after an emphatic six wicket victory over Gloucestershire at Rugby School kept the Bears’ hopes of a top three finish in Group A well and truly alive.
Following a difficult start to the campaign - which saw the county fall to three successive defeats against Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and Somerset - the re-energised Bears have since turned over a new leaf in their quest for the Quarter Finals, with a pair of impressive all-round performances against Surrey and Gloucestershire on home soil bringing the West Midlands outfit back into the playoff picture with three group stage fixtures still remaining.
