Sportspeople are accustomed to vicissitudes. A long career in sport inevitably brings highs and lows and successful sportspeople deal with them.
Olly Hannon-Dalby has done that with resilience, quality and graciousness over the years – the last 13 with Warwickshire - but he was not expecting to have to deal with the two extremes of sporting fortune in the first half of the 2026 season.
