This week we welcome to Once a Bear, Always a Bear, former Warwickshire opening batter, Jason Ratcliffe. One of the most popular men in the cricket world, ‘Ratters’ followed a good playing career with the Bears and then Surrey with more than a decade of excellent work for the Professional Cricketers’ Association.
Ratters, many thanks for joining us. What are you earliest memories of cricket, either playing or watching the game?
I always had cricket stuff around at home and remember going to watch Dad play in the Birmingham League when I was tiny.
